Jordan is at the forefront of revamping the field of meditation and yoga, reminding practitioners that these ancient practices are totally natural, accessible, and deeply nourishing. He teaches meditation as an instinctive, life-affirming experience—one that embraces the full spectrum of human emotions, energy, and movement rather than enforcing rigid stillness, detachment, and self shaming.. His work redefines meditation and yoga as pathways to vitality, creativity, and radical self-trust, helping people reconnect with their innate rhythms of healing and renewal.

"Meet Yourself, Love Yourself, Go On An Advenure"
In a world that teaches us to run from ourselves, abandon ourselves, and put ourselves last, it’s no wonder most people don’t even know who they are, let alone love who they are. In this session, I will share my journey of coming back home to myself. It all started one night, standing in mountain pose on my yoga mat. I met myself for the first time and it was in that moment that I could begin to love all versions of myself. And in that moment, the Blueprint to Life message was spoken into my soul. Get ready for a deep dive into the powerful, life changing message of “Meet yourself Live yourself Go on an adventure”.
Kelly Hobson
"Staying Meno-Positve"
Certified Menopause Coach and in Neuropsychotherapy.
My professional journey in psychology started in 2006 and since then I’ve worked in a variety of settings such as community outpatient clinics, residential programs, a corrections facility, preschools, and currently in a private practice. I’ve been fortunate to be able to support people from diverse backgrounds and of all ages. Throughout my experiences, I’ve come to really appreciate the importance of holistic care, connecting mind and body, and really encouraging clients to explore different modalities to support them in becoming the best versions of themselves. Yoga has been a great way for clients, of all ages and abilities, to calm their mind and body and practice self-care and compassion. I also work from a cognitive-behavioral framework, which has been a great treatment modality for many mental health issues like depression and anxiety disorders. For the past several years, my passion has been around supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, infertility issues, and loss. More recently, I’ve noticed a significant gap in support and education for women going through the stages of menopause. This time of a woman’s life can often feel overwhelming, stressful, frustrating, and exhausting. Many women who seek support may end up feeling dismissed or invalidated. It’s time to start filling that gap and make sure that women are receiving the support and education they need as they go through this stage of their life. I look forward to supporting women through this journey.
